The property has easy access to I-77, and many restaurant and shopping facilities. Very good and stocked breakfast….even provided to go bags. Front desk staff was awesome. They wrote down their names, but unfortunately lost them…however management will know the time of our stay and trust they will properly recognize them for their friendliness and great service.

The property itself was nice and accommodating. The staff however needs some work. Upon arrival we waited at the desk to be checked in the lady was in the back eating and comes out with a mouth full of food then tells me my drivers license looks nothing like me in person and laughs. Wasn’t sure to take it as a compliment or get offended. She works in customer service she should know how to read her customers and decipher what’s appropriate and what’s not.

The hotel is in the perfect spot. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. It sits in the back which is nice and quiet. I loved that everything was clean. All the staff was awesome. Top tier service! Thank you all for your kind acts. I would definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff. Overall cleanliness. Good breakfast. Decent location. Sounds weird but, liked that beds were higher at this location than others we've stayed at. Also, like how suitcase has a designated rack to sit on.

Enjoy our stay everything was clean the bedroom was excellent breakfast was good and our overnight stay was satisfying customers service was excellent we will go there again and tell our friends and families also

There was an issue with the breakfast which I believe was no fault of the personnel. Two stories. Heard the breakfast person didn't show or left. Also issue with supply chain for food , longshore man's strike and hurricane in the NC mountains. Helene they recovered quite nicely before we left.
